Ethical Standards

Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.

  3. Reviewer evaluation

  4. Editorial decision (accept, revise, or reject)

The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.


Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before peer review.

The journal evaluates similarity using plagiarism detection tools.

Manuscripts containing:

  • Significant plagiarism

  • Duplicate publication

  • Improper citation

will be rejected immediately.

Authors retain the copyright of their published work.

Articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium provided that proper credit is given to the original authors.


Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the research or publication process.

All conflicts of interest must be clearly stated in the manuscript.


Corrections, Retractions and Withdrawals

The journal is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.

If significant errors or ethical issues are identified, the journal may publish:

  • Retractions

Retractions may occur in cases such as:

  • Plagiarism

  • Fabrication or falsification of data

  • Ethical violations

  • Duplicate publication

Retraction notices will remain permanently linked to the original article.

Open Access Policy
